One more year ends and another starts… 🙂

Party, party, party and for every culture there is a tradition of doing something, or eating something and ask for “Wishes”, like you were speaking to “Aladino’s Lamp” 🙂

Instead of 12 wishes, let’s thing about 5 resolutions for 2016, or better let’s thing about 5 principles to apply when we are thinking about the goals for 2016.

A New Year is coming so 5 things that you should think about for the next year!
So we are in the end of the year and a beginning of a new year and this is a time that people make new resolutions but before going to that, I’m going to ask you if you want to subscribe this videos just click on the on the left corner or below the red button to subscribe this videos, go on!

Let’s talk about the new resolutions that everybody, everybody makes but, sometimes not in the right way, and sometimes it doesn’t happen, because they didn’t follow through and so, I would like to propose you five things, five things that you should think about when you make the new resolutions of the new year.
The first thing is get out of your comfort zone, raise your standards, make something that elevates you, make something that will push you through something, that’s very important, if you, if you want to take the average life, you will not succeed as you like to. This is the first thing that you should think before taking the new resolutions.
Another thing is establish a goal, a physical goal, something to your body, something to your… to your shape, to get fit, to get three times exercise per weak, to get something that will improve your body, because if improve your body, the body is a temple of the soul, so if you… if you improve your body, your fit, you’ll feel better, you’ll feel more energized and you will have, like I said, more energy to face the challenge that, for sure, this year will present you!
So establish a physical shape, a fit goal, Ok.
Third thing, establish also a financial goal, because if you had a financial goal, a number that will help you also in terms of your work, the way you work, the way you, you give it to the company that you work, or the business that you own, you will give it a different way, because you have that goal in mind, even if you work for another company, it doesn’t matter, because you have to earn that salary that have, that the company pays and if you do a better job you increase the probabilities of receiving a raise, and everybody likes raises, right?
Be sure of that, make established financial goal!
The fourth thing is established a social, a social principle, what I mean by social principle, do something, do something to charity, establish a goal to help charity, to help others that are in a worse position than you. For sure you will have a lot of organizations around you, that needs help and sometimes the only thing about this Christmas, on Christmas, and we should think this every month. In our company we help every month, we help between 10 to 12 families with, with food, giving food, by this way helping them to have a better life, because people sometimes go to bad times, everybody go to bad times, so if we are there to help them, that’s… I believe the universe will give us back in double, so don’t forget.
Fifth and most important is establish a point of control, establish a point where are you going to evaluate “where are we go?”, Are you accomplish?, Are you getting away from it?, Do you need another strategy?
Establish a date in your calendar, where you are going to evaluate those things ok. Like three months, six months, nine months, it doesn’t matter, but establish some point of control, where you check, where you check your progress, where you check the things that you are doing and probably that you need to change some things and that will be the ideal moment to rethink, because rethink helps a lot you to accomplish your goals!

Today I would like to speak a little bit more about a how to decide, okay? So, let’s talk about.
Hi guys, so today I’m in a place called Vale do Inferno… Vale do Inferno, if i can translate it will be the “Hell of Valley”…I don’t know if it’s a good translation, but anyway, it is a place where we can see the whole city and as you can as you see behind me…the city is great…this is an awesome, awesome place, so let me just put this on the right track so we can…okay… speak…okay…so we can speak on the right way.
So today we are gonna talk about, how to decide…and I would like to compliment the last video about how to decide. So one of the key things to decide, is decide quickly,so as you know the military’s in in battlefield or fighters like martial arts or…any sports and sportsman…they have to decide very very quickly they have to train their brain to decide quickly and so I invite you to do the following: every time you have a decision, decide in seconds, and then, write it down what will be your decision, then you’ll think about, you will think about, okay, what is the best decision you decided carefully,his vantage and his advantage of that decision. But then, you compare the last decision with your first decision in terms of, okay, if i was deciding in seconds, what would be my decision and with this kind of exercise, you will train more and more your brain and so, the idea is to have a brain that, decides very very quickly and what you will notice through the this kind of training, is that your brain will start to follow more and more, about the decisions that you would make if you had more time, and that is wonderful thing because every company, every entrepreneur, every person likes people that decides quickly that doesn’t wonder if it is the best decision or not for hours, days, weeks and months to decide something. This is a precious thing and it’s very very related to competence and related to people that are really really good in their business or in their professional life or even in their personnal life, okay? And another thing that I would like to tell you is, when you make a decision try to have options, and try not to have one option, because that is not a decision ok? it’s…you’ll follow the option…it’s not a very good decision. If you have like two options, if you have two options, that is a dilema, it’s not also having an option, you must have at least three options, in those cases you can think what would be the the best decision, and then, of course you can decide. okay?

Everyday we make decisions. Some with more impact than others…

The truth is that from the moment we wake up until the moment we go to sleep we make plenty decisions that can have a great impact in our lives.

But when we have to make a decision of something that can change our lives most of the times is not a quick decision because we are not trained to be fast in decision-making.

In the other hand, we never know (in the moment of decision) if the choice A or B is the best for us.

So how can we decide?

So today we’re going to talk about decisions, how to make a decision!
Ok, so, we every day we… we… we make decisions, when we get out of bed, when we get out of our homes, when we get into the car, we… we… we decide always, but of course you are not think about those decisions, but think about business decisions or personal decisions that affects you. That as a bigger impact in you and you are sometimes, you are insecure to… to take those… those decisions because you don’t know if it is the right one or it is wrong one.
Well, one of the techniques that it’s very… very powerful and probably nobody don’t use it because you… you keep forgetting, is to write it down, when you have a decision write down what is the question and then write the pros and the cons, the advantages and disadvantages, and that way you will have a clear… you have a clear scenarios in front of you that will help you to make the right decision. And… and your brain will help you to, as soon as it is in a clear way, it will help you to have a better decisions and we usually say that “it’s better to have a bad decision that no decisions”, ok I don’t know if it makes sense in… in… in English but in Portuguese we have this kind of saying. And so, what it means is we have to decide something and once we decide we keep that decision until we think it’s not the right decision, and if, of course, if we decide that it was wrong and we have the possibility to… to make it right we are not dummies, so we… we turn out and we go to the right one, ok?
But, once you decide you won’t… you don’t keep thinking about: “oh did I make the right one” or “was it wrong”, you don’t think about, because if you live in the past, you cannot live in the present, and that will affect your productivity, that will affect your life. So once you decide, just focus on that decision and keep on going, if it was the wrong decision and you have the possibility to change, just change it, but don’t think about that.
And speed… speed is essential, today we’re living in a very fast world and so we have to decide faster and faster every day, so for that, we need to… to… to find ways to decide as quickly as possible. One of the ways is: if you work with somebody, is to ask the person when… when it comes to… when someone comes with you… near you with a question and wants to ask you something, or wants to ask you a decision, just asked him what… “what you think about”, what was… if he was in your position what was her… her or his decision, so in that way you save a lot of time because you will think about that and then you just have to think about his decision was is the right or was it wrong, and you can… you can… you can decide quite fast when someone thinks about your decisions.

How can your rates five times your results? Let’s talk about that.

Today I’m going to talk about that idea that can improve 5X, 5X your results!

I… I… Right now I’m driving to my home, I just… I just arrived from Sao Paulo – Brazil, I went there for a big seminar, 2,500 people, and it was conducted by a friend of mine, his name is Érico Rocha, he is a brilliant, brilliant marketeer and also an amazing, amazing guy, an awesome guy.

We have also there, like two billionaires, with a B, two billionaires talking and also the father of Product Launch Formula Jeff Walker, which is another amazing guy, one of mine… I have the privilege to have as a mentor right now and I’m part of these mastermind group.

And when I was there and I was, of course, doing a lot of network, a lot of contacts and I realize… I realize that a principle that I used to know, and I forgot it a little while, but someone… someone came up with that and… that I just remember that could… should do a video about this, which is: you are average of the five persons that you hang out!

So, if you hang out with people that, don’t raise their standards, they don’t… they don’t have goals, they always talk in a negative, always talking about problems, and “it’s complicated!”, and “You can’t do it!” and all that that shit, you probably will be the same, I just remember when I was… When I was doing competition in karate, martial arts, I improved my game, I improved my skills when I went to a place that environment… The people that I was hanging out were better than me and so that’s raised completed my standard, because I didn’t have a choice, when was with them I had to improve, if I wouldn’t improve probably I wouldn’t be so well accepted, probably wouldn’t feel so well, so I would feel bad, and so, in that position we only have one… one way out, which is: improve our game, improve… raise our standards and just have…just have great results. Because if have shity people around you, you will be like shit, sorry my language, but this is the true.

So, my advice for today is: look to your circle, look to your circle and don’t be rude, of course, but raise the standards of the people that you hang out, get people around you that really push you, get people around you that can increase your… your… your results!

If you have five people that are amazing: you will be amazing, you will have 5X a better result!

So like I was saying, raise your standards, raise the standards off your circle and for sure, you will get five times the result! Like I said I just returned from Brazil and will be tired and sorry for the glasses, but the light is boring a bit in my eyes and so I have to shoot the video with the glasses…

This is a symthom that something is wrong! And we can fight it with breathing… But not the normal breathing!

We are going to talk about that. See you in a minute.
So breathing, today we are going to talk about breathing. I know that probably a lot of you are thinking: “Ok Ricardo, I know how to breath, so what is the big deal?”. NO! It’s a big, big deal! Because usualy people just breathe using like one-third at maximum, one of a half of the capacity of the lungs and the consequences of that is bad judgment, stress, staying nervous, not sleep well… Well a lot of things happen because of that, and I hould like you to speak about someone that I had the fortune to know him and is an expert in breathing, He has an academy called “breatheology” and let me tell you a little bit about how I met this person, which the name is Stig, I will not say his username, because I will probably give a different accent so,… I don’t want to give him another name, so let’s stay with Stig and you can’t search, you can google and you will find it and I will put a link also, so you can you can reach Stig’s world. But Stig is a Danish guy, I’m a friend off Michael Maidens, and Michael Maidens is from Australia and he… when he was there last, I think last month, he was visited by Stig, and he met him and he posted something about Stig, in the morning I saw the post, I was watching the post and saying: “Stig is a World Guinness Record?” then I click the post, …read the news that was attached to the name and he had a World Guinness Record that when I read for the first time, I simply didn’t believe, because it was written that he could hold his breathing for – preparing yourself – for 22 minutes! Yes, you heard right: 22 minutes, and I was like…, I thought it was 12 minutes, I thought it was a mistake, when I saw 22 minutes, I took leak in another link, which, which was the documentary off a CBS documentary very famous called 60 Minutes and they did a documentary about Stig. And it was incredible because by besides this World Record, he also has other, other World Guinness Record for example: swimming under the ice, only wearing Speedos for, I think hundred fifty feet, I think, so I don’t want to miss numbers, but you can click and you can search it, it’s amazing and also is an amazing guy, and so when I saw that post I said: “I have to me this guy, cause I’m beeing doing yoga, about breathing, so I have to meet him, because I want to speak with him, must be a very interesting people, person. And so, the University, sorry, the universe using their energies, joined us together in United States, because we went to live event, both of us and we’ve met there so it was very, very good because we have good energy between each other, and so we became friends and it was very, very good to know him and he shared some of the stories about breathing. That breathing helps a lot his clients and the breathing can help in many, many ways. He is coaching a lot of, a lot of famous people how to breathe better and how to use the breathing in, in certain areas, and so, just how I was telling this story, just to, to prove yourself that breathing, we, we, usually people don’t know how to breath, because when we, when we are born, when we are a simple baby and if you look to a baby’s sleeping and breathing, you’ll see his stomach going up and down, up and down, his belly is up-and-down, always, and then as time goes by and we grow up, we see people start to breath with our chest. Chest breathing, we go just like this… so we have to breathe faster, because we have to breath faster we put less oxygen in our lungs and so, we came… we become more stressful, we, we have a lot of things that are not good for our life.
So, breathing is essential and I would like to show you a way that you can learn how to breath. So I will put it on mine sideway as you can see and I will ask you to put your left hand, or your right hand it doesn’t the matter, your right hand over your stomach or your belly and your left over the chest, so when you are breathing you go, you take out the air… and when you take out the air, of course the voice changes, when we take out the air it’s natural that the body just go like this… because it’s compressed when we take out the air, so now you’re going to feel, using first this area, so you go like… you see? I would put me more in sideway, so with you can check out…ok… again… and then after this… and then you breath out the same way…ok… so breath in… breath out… so, by this way you’ll breath more in, at least double capacity, so you go just like… and then… ok I did a little bit faster because what you want to do is, at least, breath in, because if you are doing this for the first time, you can do breath in, in 4 steps, you just go like 1,2,3,4… so… 4 than you hold, at least 2 seconds… and then you breathe out in the double… 8 seconds… ok.. you hold again 2 seconds for example, or 4 seconds… then again… then out…
So, in the beginning you’ll feel unnatural, it’s natural because you are not, you are not used to that kind of breathing, but as time goes by you’ll feel more and more natural and you’ll feel more and more with air and if your body has more air, more air, it means that you’ll… the chemistry inside your body will work much better and it will be much better, so that way you can, you can, you can for sure be in a better condition and be in the a better estate, better state so you can make the right decisions and of course, having not so stress, not a stressful life, ok?
